YOGA FOR EVERYONE
Take your class in Studio A.  Your child can take class in Studio B at the same time!

A fun combination of creativity and yoga for kids. The younger ones will enjoy discovering the way their bodies move and function through animal imagery and animal sounds in the poses as well as playing games while the older ones will enjoy a more bold and energetic yoga practice. All in a non-competitive environment. This practice is not only about fun yoga postures but it is also a great gateway into meditation and basic relaxation techniques that promote strength and flexibility, reduce anxiety, improve concentration and enhance a positive self image. All levels welcome. All kids classes are regular room temperature.

Monkeys: 3–7 yr. old
Cooperative games, theme activities, storytelling, music, and art engage the natural energy and enthusiasm of the 3-7-year old child. Classes explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, visual imagery and relaxation techniques while conveying lessons in self-expression, body image, social skills, positive thinking, and environmental awareness.

Warriors: 8–14 yr. old
Kindling the maturing independence of 8-14 – year olds, these classes encourage a deeper sense of body awareness, self-exploration and interpersonal skills. Classes focus on flowing sequences, balancing poses, breathing exercises, and creative relaxation techniques. As well, partner poses and cooperative yoga games inspire positive peer interactions that they are sure to carry into their everyday lives.

10 classes = 100$ (taxes incl.) expires after 3 months.

Please register online to secure your spot and check-in with teacher before your class to say you’ve arrived. If you can’t make it, please cancel your reservation 1 hour before class so you’re not charged and we can give your spot to someone on waitlist.
