Yoga has been part of Melanie’s life since 1999 when she began practicing various forms of yoga for fitness purposes mostly. In 2012 she found Moksha and made the connection that yoga is about so much more than just a good workout. The philosophies that Moksha was built on especially reaching out and giving back lead Melanie to find a home within the Moksha community. Melanie completed her level one training in Montreal in October 2016 and plans to continue to attend future trainings. She also has a particular interest in yoga therapy. Melanie looks at yoga as a synonym to living well and living free. Come by and say hi!!
