Running Yogi Clinic with Diana Perez
Enhance your running with the use of various yoga practices! Learn to improve performance and increase your enjoyment of running. In this workshop various aspects of the yoga practice (asana, pranayama, mindfulness, etc.) will be explored, and their relevance to running explained. Injury prevention and recovery will also be discussed. All levels welcome.

The session will begin at 5:30 pm with an (optional) easy run, followed at 6:00 pm by a 2 hour experiential workshop in studio B.
