Lindsay discovered Moksha through a friend and after having done the intro week she was hooked. She felt calm, at peace with herself and knew she had found the style of yoga that was right for her. She completed her training in Montreal back in 2011. Since then she went on to do Restorative training with Judith Lasater in San Francisco California (2012). She has been fortunate enough to do workshops with Noah Maze and a special yin workshop with Joe Barnett. Her practice is important to her because not only does it help her find peace, but it allows her to share it with others. As a teacher she tries to encourage her students to not compare themselves to others in the room, to help them understand that we are all unique and that our bodies are all different. She believes each step that is taken in the studio helps facilitate a place of acceptance and love for ourselves.

The best advice she has been given: “look at the world with soft eyes” (Judith Lasater).
