Over 10 years ago Nicole originally sought yoga to bring balance and peace into her life, she found solace in the yoga community and a sense of belonging. Since this time, Nicole completed her Moksha training in 2012 in Victoria BC and her Moksha flow in 2013 in Kelowna BC. She pursues yoga trainings not only for personal development, but also to share the benefits she’s received. Nicole loves being part of the Moksha community because of the sense of family that it provides for everyone that walks in the studio doors. Nicole also has a passion for health and for helping her students to embrace their bodies and to create a practice, which emphasizes self-love and self-acceptance. She lives by the saying, in life we cannot control what happens but we can control how we react to whatever comes up.
