Through the calming and renewing practice of Sound Healing, that combines a variety of instruments and rituals to help tame the body, mind and spirit while assisting in finding inner peace, and Yoga, particularly Dr. Bali’s method, a unique method of yoga combined with a metaphysical approach for an evolution of consciousness, you can start to reduce the detrimental effect of stress on your well being while shifting to optimal levels of health, happiness and wholeness while finding your inner bliss!
