Grow Your Yoga | 30-Day Challenge

Trees, like us, exist in communities; and like the very forests that sustain our planet, we also create thriving communities at our studios. This year, for our Grow Your Yoga campaign, our goal is to celebrate community – both social and ecological – by highlighting our Live Green and Community Support Pillars and lending our collective support to an incredible forest advocacy organization, Junglekeepers. Junglekeepers is helping to create a conservation area in the vitally important Madre de Dios region of the Peruvian Amazon. They work to protect one of the most biodiverse and pristine areas of this region: the Las Piedras river corridor, one of the last remaining untouched rainforests on earth.

Join us from April 1 – 30 for this on-the-mat 30-Day Challenge to inspire an off-the-mat change! Sign up here for $108 and commit to deepening your practice. Karma Weekend for Junglekeepers

Join the Moksha/Modo community from around the world on Saturday and Sunday, April 28-29, for a full weekend of Karma classes as all studios unite to raise money for the Grow Your Yoga Campaign! All our regular classes will be $5 and all proceeds go to Junglekeepers.

Together we’ll aim to raise $100,000 for Junglekeepers which helps to protect one of the most biodiverse and untouched part of the amazon: the Las Piedras River. This pristine river flows through the heart of the Peruvian Madre de Dios, the sacred headwaters of the Amazon Rainforest.

Stress management is the key to health, not only for the individual but also for humanity as a whole. Stress affects every aspect of life – physical, mental, social and our overall well being. It disrupts natural healing processes and wears down the energy and vitality of the human body. Through the calming and renewing practice of Sound Healing, that combines a variety of instruments and rituals to help tame the body, mind and spirit while assisting in finding inner peace, and Yoga, particularly Dr. Bali’s method, a unique method of yoga combined with a metaphysical approach for an evolution of consciousness, you can start to reduce the detrimental effect of stress on your well being while shifting to optimal levels of health, happiness and wholeness while finding your inner bliss!

Each week will explore various tools and techniques to help ease and reverse the effects of stress providing you with tools to carry forward and integrate into your life.
